Your reseller discounts
The bigger your order, the bigger your discount. It applies automatically to the whole basket, with no code and nothing to do on your side.

You can mix products. Magnet sets and packs of adhesive patches count together towards the next tier. Adding a restock of adhesive patches to an order of sets is often enough to move the whole basket into the tier above.
What you actually keep
Take a product with a recommended retail price of €100 incl. VAT, so the maths stays readable. Apply the same proportion to every item in the catalogue.

Basis of calculation: a 20% VAT rate. Adjust it to the rate that applies in your own country. VAT is neutral for you, you reclaim it when you buy and pass it on when you sell. So read your margin excl. VAT.

Our magnets are listed in the French VIDAL directory. That carries weight over the counter, so use it.
Magnet therapy has no known contraindications; it is not advised for people with a pacemaker or for pregnant women. Remember to point this out to your customers.
Delivery to your country
We deliver across the European Union with DHL Economy Europe, in 2 to 3 working days. Costs are calculated on weight and destination zone, and shown in your basket. Free shipping applies to mainland France only: for Corsica, the French overseas territories and export, contact us and we will look at terms case by case.
Outside the European Union, we ship everywhere except countries in conflict or with closed borders. Two things to keep in mind: it is up to you to check that our products may be imported into your country, and any customs duties, taxes and clearance fees are payable by the recipient. They are neither included in our prices nor refundable.
Delivery in mainland France
This section only covers orders delivered to an address in mainland France.
Shipping costs
Free shipping from €150 excl. VAT, with delivery to a Chrono 2Shop pickup point. Below that amount, or if you prefer another delivery method, costs are calculated on the actual weight of the parcel and shown in your basket before you confirm. No surprises at the payment stage.
Shipping costs cover picking, packing and transport. Grouping your orders is still the simplest way to bring them down, and to move up a discount tier at the same time.
Lead times
Your order is packed and shipped within 48 working hours of payment being received. Add the transit time of the carrier you choose.

You get a tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Payment
Orders are paid when you place them, by card or bank transfer. We ship once payment is received.
Returns and claims
Changed your mind
The right of withdrawal does not apply between businesses. We grant it anyway, as a goodwill gesture: you have 15 days from delivery to send an order back to us.
Two conditions, and there are no exceptions:
- Prior agreement by email is mandatory. Write to us before sending anything back. No parcel returned without agreement will be accepted.
- Products must be unused, complete and in their intact original packaging. Our magnets and adhesive patches are health and hygiene products: an item that has been opened or unsealed cannot go back into stock, so it cannot be taken back.
Return shipping is at your expense. The refund is issued once the products have been received and checked. After the 15-day window, no return is accepted.
Damaged parcel, missing item
Check your parcel on delivery. In case of breakage, a missing item or damaged packaging, write precise reservations on the carrier's delivery note, then report it to us by email within 48 h, with photos. We put it right straight away. After that deadline, there is no longer any recourse against the carrier.
Opening your trade account
Reseller prices and discounts are reserved for approved trade accounts. Setting one up takes two minutes: give us your tax identification number, SIRET or EU VAT number. We approve your account and you get immediate access to the full price list.
