Shipping and returns
Packages are dispatched approximately 2 days after receipt of payment. They are sent via Colissimo suivi: you will receive a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs, which vary according to total weight of the package. We recommend that you group your items together to minimise shipping costs.
Packages are the right size and your items are well protected during transport.
You are responsible for return postage costs if you change your mind within 15 days of receiving your order. After that, returns are no longer accepted.
We deliver anywhere in the world, with the possible exception of certain countries at war or whose borders are currently closed. You must ensure that our products are authorised in your country and we do not refund any customs fees.
Our goods always travel at the recipient's risk. All our parcels are checked on departure and it is the recipient's responsibility to ensure on arrival that their parcel is in good condition, unopened and free of defects. In the event of a problem, it is imperative that you give the postman or carrier who delivered the parcel a description of the missing or defective products (enclosing a copy of your invoice if necessary) and file a complaint with these service providers (a copy of which you will keep and send to us).
